Hello! My name is Ayesha Qamar, known as Moona on the internet and in niche parts of real life. I studied Design at the University of New South Wales, Sydney Australia, specialising in Graphics and Interaction (UX) design. I also dabble in Textiles and Object design.

WHERE DOES MOMOONA COME FROM?

My last name, Qamar, means Moon in Arabic, and so growing up my nickname from family members was always Moona. When deciding an Instagram handle a little more unique than simply my name, Moona was the obvious inspiration, and wanting to be a little more quirky, Momoona was born!
